Out To The World

Our students go on overseas trips to meet people all over the world!

All the 11th grade students go abroad for 2 weeks! Students tackle challenges in their programs ranging from internships, entrepreneurship training, environmental studies, and programming. The destinations include the USA, Canada, Australia, Finland and Thailand. We also conduct global leadership programs for high school students and the participants have learned about current global issues and building world peace in countries like Vietnam and Poland. Our school also has an internship program for 12th grade students to teach Japanese in Poland. Many of our students also join a variety of international programs offered by other institutions, including a prefectural exchange program with Michigan, USA, and an international English presentation contest with Taiwanese high school students.

In junior high school, all the 9th grade students go on a two-week overseas training in New Zealand and experience local school life. Those who are interested can choose to stay for 2 months. We also have an exchange program with a junior high school in Korea to deepen friendship and understanding.

High School students can Study Abroad as Exchange Students

Some of our high school students study abroad for a longer period, from a few months to one year. Their destinations include countries in North America, Asia, and Europa. The exchange students learn to see things from different perspectives through their homestays and local school life. They come back with unforgettable memories.
